East Park Ridge Drive, Brinsmead

This project included a full transformation to the front and rear yards that were very poorly finished and overgrown. This included making an attractive entrance to the front door with 400mm x 400mm paving raised using stone cladding to the front and boulders to sides and making some attractive garden beds with crushed black rock. Also building a new feature concrete besser mailbox, new buffalo turf to the front yard / nature strip and simple planting. The front yard was then fenced off using feature style black aluminium fencing to separate the rear yard. The rear yard included a split level design that required a seamless integration linking the upper, middle and the lower areas. The middle area included a raised floating deck with Merbau decking boards and steps leading down to the lower area, with a custom balustrade handrail made. There was then an elegant path created using 400mm x 400mm pavers with black crushed rock garden beds with UV stable composite edging and simple planting leading to the existing steps to the upper house area. The bottom area included new buffalo turf and garden beds curved with UV stable composite edging, black crushed rock and simple planting in line with the other garden beds. All garden beds and lawns included a new fully automated irrigation system with pop ups to the lawn and a drip-line system to the garden beds for ease of future maintenance and optimum health of the new areas.
