All Style Paving & Landscaping was formed in Cairns in 2010. We are a family business run in a partnership with husband Mark Nevin and wife Janine Nevin. Mark is the face of the business and is onsite every day of a project. Janine who works behind the scene on scheduling, procurement, contracting and invoicing. We have three wonderful children and with the business being our only source of income, we provide a service like our life depends on it!

Mark Nevin is QBCC licensed for Structural Landscaping and Builder Low Rise - Supervisor (License No 1207965). This is essential for any Structural Landscaping Project over the value of $3,300 inc GST. The Scheme provides protection for home owners against non-completion, defective work and subsidence for up to 6 years from completion, provided a licensed contractor performs the work

Our work is backed by a $10 million public liability insurance policy with Vero Insurance (policy no: SMI024702189) for any injury to the public and a WorkCover QLD policy (policy no: WSB200502557) protecting our work force. This ensures that our employees and general public are covered to the highest levels at all times.

All structural work is backed by our in-house six-year guarantee in the unlikely event of defective work or subsidence. We will provide handover instructions on best practice for caring for your new product. Our after-sales is of great importance to us - we are always here to help, no matter how small the question or issue.
